Welcome to Angiogram Sam

Angiogram Sam

The angiogram Sam Model was invented and patented in 2000. Since then the materials have changed 5 times for better clarity. The initial Angiogram Sam arterial model has expanded to a line of 14 standard arterial and venous models and enumerable customized models per customer specifications. The Angiogram Sam line of models can be used in a water bath and some can be connected to flow pumps for circulation. All heart chambers are in the end diastolic phase of the clinical cycle to represent the maximal catheter movement in each chamber. The 3 mm ASD, standard in all models, can be customized to most requested sizes up to 2 CM. The right dominant coronary artery system has RCA, LAD, diagonal and circumflex arteries that are open and patent down to the distal end for wire and balloon placement,

James Prom NRCVT developed the models based on his direct experience of 200 cadaver studies and 5000 invasive cardiovascular procedures in Minnesota, California and Nevada in the 1980s and 1990s.. He invented the Angiogram Sam models to help invasive Cardiovascular Clinicians learn and practice correct invasive transluminal technique. Proper ‘over the wire’ technique practice will help reduce procedure time, complications and costs while improving invasive cardiovascular procedure patient outcomes. The model also is helpful for clinicians to learn the best views to observe and direct every step of the invasive procedure.

Medical device sales and marketing representatives also benefit from observing the technique of the prospective practitioners. New devices require the best hands to ensure initial market success.

We welcome all questions and comments.

“Perfect for marketing research, design, and education. ”
